With over 15 years in retail operations and leadership, followed by a successful transition into HR within the hospitality and retail sectors, Will is a forward-thinking HR professional specialising in colleague relations and complex case management. Experience in management of high-volume caseload of employee relation matters and partnering with senior leaders, legal specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to support fair, consistent and commercially aligned outcomes.

Having progressed from operational leadership into HR, he brings a rare blend of commercial awareness and technical expertise. His experience spans ACAS processes, tribunal risk assessments, solicitor engagement, and strategic HR decision-making, ensuring outcomes are fair, compliant and aligned to business goals. His approach combines empathy with strategic thinking, underpinned by a passion for innovation, including the use of technology and AI to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
